国际环境与科学项目奥林匹克竞赛(INESPO,International Environment & Scientific Project Olympiad) 的前身是荷兰的国家环境与科学奥林匹克竞赛,后转为国际赛事。该赛事是由荷兰的 Cosmicus 基金会等机构主办,同时受到荷兰政府支持。赛事旨在推进各地青少年对社会环境及环境问题的共识,并通过教育解决人类面临的严重环境问题。每年,有来自美洲、欧洲、亚洲等地的共计 1500 名选手参与。
2017年本校高二1班张磊同学以“Save the environment, save your money ---the creative design of transport and recycling courier app”课题参加此次比赛,在中国赛区只有四个课题获奖的形势下,张磊同学的课题获得大赛铜奖。

Abstract
Along with the rapid development of the Internet, electronic commerce and the third party logistics, Internet shopping is becoming common. At the same time, the development of online shopping leads to the explosive growth of express industry and logistics industry as the carrier of it. Nowadays, the expressing has already been a system in our country, but the package recycling is relatively backward because of ignorance.
The author delves into the problem of recycling in logistics ignored by the society,and, after a thorough data analysis of highly popularized use of mobile phones, has designed a "transport and recycling courier" app, based on the latest environmental protection app, with innovative GPS technology and QR code identification technology.
Firstly, we have designed a standardized recycling system and try to establish a unified integral mall, cooperating with e-commerce companies in order to improve the low carbon consciousness of domestic consumers and change their consumption habits.
Facing the recycling sorting problems, as well as the problem of low value, we got into a deep research on one-dimensional codes, two-dimensional QR codes and RFID technology, and finally adopted the QR code technology. We have designed a set of new double QR code mode, set up a carton integral database according to the size and material information of cartons, and established a simple carton sorting mechanism with information in the form of QR code printed on cartons.
We have introduced GPS technology into the system and designed a directly perceived recycling transportation integration mechanism avoiding redundant carbon emissions and repeated labor.
Finally, the essay aims to reduce the operating costs of companies and carbon emissions so as to form a win-win situation beneficial for both buyers and sellers, eventually to effectively arouse environmental protection consciousness of the whole society.
